What type of supported Accommodation do you offer?

• 24 hour supported residential house, situated in Leyton London an emergency placement facility for young people needing immediate assistance and support.

• Individual Outreach packages are also offered, once a young person has moved into or is already living in their own accommodation. We aim to motivate, support and empower Young People in order to facilitate their smooth transition from care to independence with a continuation of support where appropriate.

• All services offer 24-hour staff support and emergency back-up service.

What training does your staff undertake?

All Everyone Everywhere care services staff members must undergo an approved induction programme as well as values training. No staff member allowed to become a permanent employee until they have successfully completed their training. All Everyone Everywhere care services staff members Employees have a training file and must do a certain amount of training every year.

How do you help young people towards a more independent life?

Everyone Everywhere care services help young people to become more independent throughout their time with us. This is achieved with various key skill sessions including:

I am a young person and want to move into Everyone Everywhere care services. Can you help me?

Unfortunately, young people cannot refer themselves to live at Everyone Everywhere care services as we work directly with local authorities. Speak to your local council as they will be able to assist you in finding safe accommodation.

Are your home care staff insured?

Yes, all staff members at Everyone Everywhere care services are fully insured for both personal and public liability.

How do you cope with a medical emergency?

Our staff are all fully trained to manage in the event of a medical emergency and can often manage the crisis by themselves or, as necessary, by calling in outside specialists.

what kind of security do you provide?

At Everyone Everywhere care services we select our staff carefully. We carry out an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check and we take up all references. In addition to this all our units contain 24-hour CCTV monitoring systems.

What type of meetings take place throughout a Young Persons stay?

There is a range of different meetings that can take place on different occasions.

•Young person’s group Meetings

•Looked After Children’s Reviews

•Key working Meetings

We always encourage attendance from Young Persons, Social Workers, family and significant others that are involved in the Young Person’s life. This also enables us to get a complete picture of the circumstances which will enable us to offer the highest level of support. These meetings are not always easy and may bring up some painful memories for The Young Persons and family.  Experienced staff and managers will try to ensure all meetings take place in a supportive atmosphere where everyone’s contributions are welcomed and valued.

Do young people get support for preparing meals?

At Everyone Everywhere care services we understand that some young people are simply unable cook for themselves. Everyone Everywhere care services staff will assist young people with this. In addition, Everyone Everywhere care services, will always ensure young people have a homecooked Sunday meal.

There are many reasons why a child may come into the care of social services:
